About Cremer's  meadow

Cremer’s Meadow comprises over four acres of Norfolk countryside. It is owned by Brundall Parish Council and is available for the benefit of residents and visitors to the village.

Cremer’s Meadow is to be preserved as a wildlife and nature reserve and is open for recreational activities that enable people to experience and learn about the natural environment.

Cremer’s Meadow is open to the public  from dawn to dusk. The Friends group has been working extremely hard to clear the meadow of junk and rubbish before allowing residents to access it and enjoy it to its full potential.

The Meadow can be found by accessing a public footpath signposted 'Saint Michael's Church' on Blofield Road; through a wooden gate to the left only 25 yards down this lane. Many thanks are owed to Mrs Shirley Cremer who is now the Patron of the Friends of Cremer’s Meadow who gave her blessing for the land to be purchased. We have given her the Council’s assurance that the land will remain largely unspoilt and remain in public ownership.

If you would like to join the Friends group, please call Gill Buckley, leader of the group, on 01603 717064.
