Gallery 2 : Friends at work (and play)
The Friends have done an enormous amount of work since the Meadow was acquired by Brundall Parish Council in 2014.
But we couldn't have done it all without the fantastic help given by :-
AVIVA
McDonalds
The Central England Co-op
The Community Pay-back scheme.

We found a rowing boat in the Pond . . .

Well, someone had to . ..

Judy removed HUNDREDS of Himalayan Balsom plants.

We had a bonfire of waste wood.

Clearance of some of the fallen trees in the pond began . . . (Others will be left for habitat.)

Someone had to help with pond clearance . . .

The pond is looking better . . . .

The Co-op gave us a smart new notice board.

Another bonfire . . .

The Wildlife Centre was declared OPEN - note bunting!

A very small 'scrape' was dug in a wet place - to encourage fresh vegetation and wildlife.

Sturdy volunteers from the Co-op helped move cut down trees.
